Seasonal Solution Cooperatives Limited (SSCL) is a New Zealand employer under the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Work Scheme. We are the oldest and largest RSE employer in New Zealand recruiting seasonal horticulture and viticulture industry workers from Samoa, Tonga, Kiribati, Solomon Islands, Fiji and Vanuatu.
This is a scheme which provides huge benefits to all involved, helping to alleviate the labour shortages experienced by vineyards and orchards in New Zealand each year. The scheme also provides, work, training and income to hundreds of people which supports families back in the Pacific Islands. Many of our amazing SSCO RSE workers return every year to work for up to several months at a time, some have been coming back each year since 2007!
